Food Sensitivity & Food Intolerance Testing

Food sensitivity testing (also referred to as food intolerance testing) is another valuable aspect of kinesiology. It can help highlight foods, food chemicals, or phenolic compounds that may be contributing to non-threatening symptoms including [but not limited to] bloating, nausea, migraines, headaches, acid reflux, flatulence, fatigue, headaches, inflammation, itching, hives, eczema or other skin concerns.

This process allows us to create a personalised elimination guide designed to ease chronic symptoms, support digestion and gut health, boost energy, and enhance overall wellbeing.

In many cases, the identified food or compound can be removed for a short period and then reintroduced gradually on a rotational basis. This approach helps the body reset while reducing the likelihood of developing new sensitivities.

Important Note on Allergies

Kinesiologists do not test for allergies. If you believe you have an allergy, it is essential to speak with your GP. Allergies are a medical condition and must be assessed and treated by a medical professional.
